Here at Del-Monte fresh we run a variety of high speed lines, as time pass we find that older controller systems are becoming un-supportable and require up-dating, Cooper Williams’s Machinery were asked to look into a supportable control system incorporating a redesign of the servo control hardware and the HMI software to add enhance features. An exception turnkey solution was offered and implemented at a very competitive price; this also included not only a new control platform but a total overhaul of the machine mechanical drives. They have also being successful in supplying machine change parts for a further 4 of our Key lines, along with and upgraded lid over cap application unit.
I would not hesitate to approach them again for further projects, a fast and efficient service has always being available along with good after service care.
