Cooper-Williams Machinery Ltd employs a full time designer with over 20 years experience in the packaging industry together with experienced mechanical and electrical engineers.
It designs and builds its own machines, provides customers with bespoke modifications, together with spares & parts for existing machinery.
Each new design is discussed fully on a one-to-one basis with customers to ensure precise needs are met. The customer will always be encouraged to have an input into the design work and approve each stage of the design process.
a pot filling & sealing machine for dry fill products, using a rotary ten station machine, fully automated, with pot sizes varying from 12gm to 250gm. Cooper-Williams Machinery Ltd has designed and built the rotary filling machine, but can also supply weighing machinery and conveyor systems as a turnkey installation. an IC30 indexing 2 lane conveyor utilising the customers existing depositors providing a flexible ice cream depositing line, significantly increasing the efficiency and productivity.
an automatic coil-present machine for torque testing shock absorbers in the motor industry.
